How to Achieve Epic Endurance

Begin small. 1 mile is a reasonable goal to start with. If you can't complete an entire mile in one go, do a half mile twice a day and build from there. For a fit person, a mile can be covered in 15-20 minutes at a brisk pace.

If you want to listen to music while you walk, this is 6-7 songs on your favorite album. An entire album's walk could be 2 miles/30 minutes with practice.

As your endurance improves, increase your distance.

A good goal is 4-5 miles/day. Break it into chunks spread throughout the day if need be.
